Simon Johnson
VP of Client Services

As vice president of client services, Simon is responsible for creating innovative services and IP to address new world IT market requirements, collaborating with sales and delivery leadership to take these new services to market, driving services revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction excellence.

Prior to joining LogicsOne, Simon was Seagate’s worldwide senior director of professional services in the company’s cloud systems and solutions group, driving service definition and pre-sales and delivery methodology standardization. Prior to Seagate, Simon was director of service management and pre-sales at GlassHouse Technologies, responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, standardizing delivery approaches, and running the company’s North American pre-sales and practice lead teams across all market verticals.

Jay Keating
SVP of Cloud & Managed Services

Jay has 20 years of IT experience, with the past 15 years focused on Managed Services, and is currently responsible for LogicsOne’s Managed Services organization. He has a strong data center and infrastructure operations background with substantial experience managing and optimizing 24×7 delivery organizations to execute with quality, transparency, and customer focus. He has integrated and led several geographically distributed NOCs and Systems Engineering teams, which drives his passion for aligning people, process, and technologies to achieve scale and efficiency.

Jay’s technical background includes Windows, Citrix, and application delivery through thin-client computing platforms. He has also led networking, messaging, database management, and application management teams. Furthermore, he has implemented and optimized ITIL delivery frameworks within several organizations, and managed through multiple successful SSAE16 audits.

Karl Pessinis
SVP of Professional Services

As senior vice president of professional services, Karl is chartered with defining and implementing best-in-class IT solutions, optimizing and ensuring services delivery excellence, and establishing  operational processes to maximize results across the LogicsOne organization.

Karl’s experience includes iSoftStone North America where he held several roles across the technology consulting firm, including SVP where he was responsible for the banking, financial services, and insurance practice as well as overall corporate strategy, planning, revenue, profitability, and business operations. Karl also headed North America marketing planning, strategy, and execution. He joined iSoftStone through the 2010 acquisition of Ascend Technologies, a business transformation technology consulting firm serving the financial services industry which he co-founded in 2001.
